Awards confirming our work
In 1991 we entered the real estate market under the name Prague Real Estate Administration. We started to manage the legendary Metronom in Prague Letná. We also established a branch in Pardubice and opened OC GRAND, the first shopping centre in the Pardubice region.
Our portfolio grew to include the impressive House of Books on Národní třída in Prague. With a successful reconstruction, preserving the valuable glass facade, we have breathed new life into the Albatros building. We have equipped the offices and work spaces flooded with light with the latest technological facilities. We also managed to acquire the largest warehouse area in Pardubice, covering 15 hectares.
As part of the exclusive Vanguard Prague project, we transformed the post-war Microna aeronautical instrument factory in Prague's Modřany district into a luxury loft living space that you won't find anywhere else in the Czech Republic. The Prague icon Dancing House, for a time also the department store Kotva, was added under our wings. In the capital, we also acquired the site of the Koh-i-noor factory, the City Empiria skyscraper and the land of the Transgas building. We have expanded our Brno portfolio with Plynárenská area. Our company operates under the new name PSN.
