We have been active in the real property market in the Czech Republic since 1991, originally under the name of Pražská správa nemovitostí (Administration of Prague Real Estate). Since 2019, our trade name is PSN. We have been creatingour own real property portfolio in Prague, Pardubice and Hradec Králové for a long time.

We also offer a variety of real properties for living and doing business. As a direct owner, we offer the real property for sale or to rent with no brokerage fee. Our residential projects respect both thehistorical legacy and original architecture of buildings. With regard to the authentic nature of houses, we raise the user standard of housing to that of the 21st century level. We offer both premises in the Shell&Core standard which can be adjusted the way you like, and complete units in the Fit-out standard allowing you to move right in.

About us 1991

We entered the real estate market under the name of Pražská správa nemovitostí (PSN) as early as in 1991. Since then, we have grown, invested in and developed our own portfolio of exclusive real property.

About us 1993

We set up our branch office in Pardubice. In addition to Prague and Pardubice, we opened another key office of our company in Hradec Králové as well.

About us 1995

We became an owner and an administrator of the legendary metronome structure in Letná. It is now an essential part of the PSN´s logo.

About us 2008

A new addition to the real estate owned by PSN: the Dům knihy (Book House) on the Národní třída street in Prague. Following the successful restoration preserving the impressive glass façade, the Albatros building now offers the offices and premises with great light and the state-of-the-art technology background.

About us 2013

The PSN portfolio has been increased with the Microna building, a dominant feature of the Modřany municipal district in Prague, which really stands out. We brought the culture and art into the former factory for the manufacturing airplane components. The year of 2019 saw us starting to turn it into the unique loft housing within the Vanguard Prague project.

We also purchased the Dancing House, an iconic piece of the modern architecture and one of the most daring buildings in Prague. As Václav Havel initially intended, we reopened the premises to the general public. As a result, it now serves not only as cultural premises but also as a highly sought after art gallery, offices or a luxurious hotel.

About us 2016

With challenging vision of restoring the original black pearl of Brutalism in mind, PSN became an owner of the biggest department store in the former Czechoslovakia. After the reconstruction planned, the Kotva Department Store in the Náměstí Republiky square is to become a symbol of luxury and timeless design and fashion again.

About us 2018

The PSN family got another industrial jewel, the premises of the Koh-i-noor company. After a hundred-year existence and many building conversions along the way, we are preparing the next revitalisation of the whole complex.

Purchase of the Grand Pardubice shopping mall and the ČSOB Pardubice building.

We are saying goodbye to the old company name Pražská správa nemovitostí and entering 2019 being excited about new challenges and with the new company name PSN, which reflects the portfolio of our comprehensive services better.

In our portfolio you will also find the Prague skyscraper City Empiria, which is the third tallest building in the Czech Republic.

About us 2021

We are buying a plot of land after the Transgas building in Vinohradská Street. The desire to invest does not leave us and we are not afraid of even very bold acquisitions. Our intention is to build a new building that will respect the exceptional location in the center of Prague, while having its own strong story. Both new apartments and administrative premises will be created in the building.
