Financing with PSN

A specialised mortgage consultant, who will provide you with free financial consulting, works in our company’s headquarters, thus our clients can resolve everything all under one roof.

The mortgage consultant is available for clients throughout the entire purchasing process – from the comparison of offers from the individual banks and the signing of the mortgage request to its subsequent use. The mortgage specialist is fully available throughout the payment of the mortgage for any questions or changes related to the concluded mortgage.

Thanks to the close, long-term cooperation with Hypoteční banka, a leading bank in the Czech Republic, we are able to offer all of our clients more advantageous mortgage interest rates. As part of the pre-negotiated benefits, the clients do not pay the bank some of the commonly-charges fees and thanks to the specialisation of PSN’s mortgage consultants solely on the financing of properties in its own projects, the conformity of the mortgage agreement’s contract provisions with the contract for the selected flat is fully ensured. The timely fulfilment of all the deadlines is also ensured together with the smooth drawing of the mortgage in the final phase and the related faster handover of the property to the clients.
We have prepared a special product for you in cooperation with Hypoteční banka – MORTGAGE from PSN, through which up to 100% of the purchase price of the flat can be paid. It is enough for the client to pay only 10% of the purchase price from his own funds when concluding the preliminary purchase contract and the rest of the price of the flat will be covered by the mortgage loan. Thanks to our company’s financial stability, verified by Hypoteční banka, the mortgage loan is already drawn during the final construction phase (after signing the Purchase Contract). You also begin to pay off the mortgage in this phase. This saves you money compared to mortgages where you just pay the bank interest and you only begin paying off the loan after the construction is complete.
