Terms and Conditions of Spring Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign"):

The spring promotional campaign will be held between 1^st April 2021 and 31^st May 2021 and is organised by the company PSN s r.o., company identification No.: 170 48 869, with registered office at Seifertova 823/9, 130 00 Prague 3, incorporated by entry in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 1671 (“PSN").

The spring promotional campaign features an option to get up to 10 % off the purchase price ("Discount") when purchasing any unit sold by PSN provided that the conditions set out below are met.

The Discount offered within the Campaign may be applied for only by the clients who make the registration contract with PSN for purchasing a unit exclusively in any of the below mentioned PNS´ residential projects during the Campaign duration or make any other contract with PSN between 1^st April 2021 and 31^st May 2021 under which the unit being sold by PSN is to be purchased by that client.

The Discount APPLIES TO the purchase of free units within the residential projects listed below:

Dlážděná Palace, U Prokopa Residential House, Opletalova Residential House, vbloku, Grébovka Depot, Dr. Holého Residential House, Nad Korábem Residential House, Slovanka Residential House.

The right to apply the Discount is non-transferable.

The discount resulting from the promotional Campaign cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount provided by PSN in purchasing the unit (discounts are not cumulative).

PSN reserves the right to refuse, wholly or partially, the application and granting the Discount under the Campaign without giving a reason.

PSN reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
