Project Libická

We have also invested a lot of effort into replicas of the original wooden windows whereas common areas have kept their own historic ceilings, only the elevator is in a more modern style.

Dutch house

The Dutch house (Holandský dům) has a number of interesting details – it is a nine storeys new building with an elegant rounded facade. The parking stands are situated on the ground floor of the entire building and the residents can use all the 62 stands. The entrance to the north part of the garage goes from Skloněná street, the south part from the Novovysočanská street.


Roof extentions Přeštická

The roof extensions on the reconstructed building had fulfilled all the expectations. It has a beautiful view on the Hostivař dam, nearby park and protected area around river Botič from one side and a view of Prague on the other side. This project offered small apartments in sizes 29 m2 and 31 m2 and bigger apartments in sizes 55-70 m2 with two spacious terraces on the both sites of the room. It was also considered in case of requirement to provide a flexible solution to divide the space into more rooms or keep a solution for a loft type of apartments.


Residential house U Vlečky

The hotel house U Vlečky has been completely reconstructed and turned into a residential building in quiet green location with stunning view overlooking the river junction Berounka and Vltava. This project focused on a quality living with standard equipment for young families with children in apartments 2+kk and 3+1. There were also developed smaller units in size 1+kk. There was also an option of purchasing the garage stand in the separate object.

Residential building Švermova

The former dormitory house had been reconstructed into small sized apartments – studios, 1+1, 2+kk. The purpose of this project was to develop „starting apartments“ for young people in the convenient location with all the civic amenities and easy access to work in Prague. On the ground floor there were built spaces for organization Club of Health and Relaxation. There was also an option of parking in front of the house.
